Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan are all set to collaborate after a hiatus of 17 years in Haiwaan. Now, the public is more intrigued after watching the film’s official trailer. Scheduled to be released on September 11, 2026, Haiwaan also features Boman Irani, Shriya Pilgaonkar, and Saiyami.
The trailer starts with multiple shocks and surprises as people are distraught after multiple murders happening in a single place. Then comes the characters of Saif and Akshay that are nothing less intriguing. Of course, everyone knows that Akshay Kumar is the Haiwaan, and he definitely plays it well till the end.
It kind of brings back his bad boy image that was seen in many of his films from the 90s and 2000s. Saif’s heavy voice and stellar acting is nothing less intriguing here as he confronts the villain and asks him to face him directly. In the midst of all this, we see how Saif himself is stuck in a chakravyuh as the people around start doubting his character too.
By the end of the trailer, we see a completely different side of him as he tries to protect his family while Akshay keeps playing his games. The sudden shocks in between like a door knob opening and wet shoes quelching are sure to keep the audiences hooked to their screens. It may also give a fresh bit of entertainment to those who have seen the original film, Oppam, by Mohanlal.
