Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari will have its trailer launch on 28 August. Produced by Dharma Productions and directed by Shashank Khaitan, the film is promoted as a family entertainer with romance, comedy, drama and madness.
The cast includes Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, Rohit Saraf, Sanya Malhotra and Manish Paul. The collaboration of Dharma and Shashank has already given hits like Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, raising expectations for this film too.
Janhvi Kapoor has been in the spotlight with multiple projects this year. She is currently promoting Param Sundari, and now SSKTK trailer will be another test of her on-screen presence. But audiences seem tired of seeing her repeatedly.
Her fake Malayalam accent in Param Sundari drew criticism online. Many trolled her for disrespecting the language and showing no nuance. If her role in SSKTK is also below average, she may face another wave of backlash from viewers.
