Rumours of Manushi Chhillar being added to the cast of Alpha, the eagerly-awaited Alia Bhatt and Sharvari starrer, have officially been put to rest. The news is exclusively revealed by Pinkvilla from a source that Manushi is not working on the film, contrary to recent claims that she would be playing an important role with acrobatics as part of Alia Bhatt’s group.

These rumours, which created a buzz online, are now shown to be false, ending the excitement. Alpha is going to be a milestone movie in the YRF Spy Universe, helmed by Shiv Rawail.
With being the 7th instalment in the spy universe, it will also be the first to have two women in key roles, being a milestone of sorts for feminine representation in Indian action-thrillers in Bollywood.

Besides these, it has Anil Kapoor playing R&AW head and Bobby Deol playing the villain, to give us a gripping, high-octane storyline.
Adding to the excitement, Hrithik Roshan will reprise his role as Agent Kabir, serving as a mentor to Alia and Sharvari’s characters, further expanding the interconnected spy universe.
