With multiple films releasing in the coming months, trade experts have shared opinions on which movies may perform best at the box office. Among these, Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar has drawn significant attention, with its teaser leaving a positive impression.
Trade analyst Atul Mohan mentioned that films like Haunted 3D: Ghosts of the Past and Alpha could also do well. He added that Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari may mark a comeback for Varun Dhawan, while Alpha could impress if executed flawlessly.
Producer Girish Johar called Dhurandhar the “number one film” and expressed excitement for De De Pyaar De 2, Masti 4, and 120 Bahadur. He noted that Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri is expected to perform similarly to Dhurandhar.
Distributor Raj Bansal highlighted Dhurandhar and Alpha as promising, whereas critic Taran Adarsh said content will ultimately determine a film’s fate. Despite excitement, some trade opinions may be causing overhype around Dhurandhar.
The trailer for Dhurandhar is yet to release, and the film is still three months away from theatres. Audience response and word-of-mouth after the first show will be key. Strong bookings cannot be assumed until reviews and promotions provide clearer insight.
