The makers of Sitaare Zameen Par have finally dropped the title track of the film on Thursday. The peppy number features Aamir Khan and Genelia D’souza cheering for their specially-abled basketball team as they show their dedication, one match after the other!
The title track, composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, has lyrics penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya. Every line in the song talks about the perseverance of the players who are no less than anyone.
It won’t be wrong to call Sitaare Zameen Par’s title track an ‘OG’ sports anthem!
The best part about the music video is that it also touches upon Aamir and Genelia’s on-screen romance apart from showing the players’ enthusiasm.
For the unversed, it is the third song to be released from the film, after Good for Nothing and Sar Aankhon Pe Mere.
The title track of the film, which is a sequel to Taare Zameen Par, is a good one since but it’s quite not worth the hype.
It may look good in the film, but is not enough for a good box office opening.
