In what seems to be a surprising decision, Aamir Khan has reportedly declined a Rs.120 crore offer from Amazon Prime Video for the digital rights of his film Sitaare Zameen Par.
According to a report by veteran trade analyst Komal Nahta, the actor chose not to opt for a quick OTT release despite the enormous amount that was offered. His reason? A firm belief that films are made for the big screen, not smartphones or TVs!

While Komal Mahta is speaking highly about Aamir Khan’s decision, a few are viewing it as a well-timed PR move to generate buzz. Even so, there’s a good chance the report is accurate.
