Mrunal Thakur began her acting journey with TV shows like Mujhse Kuchh Kehti…Yeh Khamoshiyaan and Kumkum Bhagya. Then, she moved to doing Marathi films with movies named Vitti Dandu and Surajya.
She first acted in a Hindi movie called Love Sonia. It got good reviews and was about people being sold from one country to another across the world. She also worked in some international projects like the Netflix series Baahubali: Before the Start and the American TV series For Life.
