RGV has been quite vocal on his marriage and divorce taking the entire blame on himself for the divorce. Although, he knew that his marriage wouldn’t work, he was to blame to woo his wife into marrying him. It was a love marriage. After divorce, he didnt meet his daughter for six years.

People told RGV that his daughter’s mind would be poisoned against him if he didn’t meet her at all. When he met her when she was around sixteen years, RGV clarified that he is not bad but worse than what she might have heard about him from others. He made it clear that he wasn’t going to take care of her if she falls ill as he doesn’t like hospitals.
He doesn’t even take care of her or her studies. So, whatever she heard about him was totally right. He thinks that it was his fault fir not making his marriage work as he is extremely selfish and not going to listen to anyone regarding saving his marriage.
