Kannada superstar, Yash is one of the most hard-working actors in South Indian cinema. He started off from a very humble position and eventually went on to become one of the most prominent stars from the Kannada land.

The pinnacle point of his career came in the form of KGF. While the first part was a decent hit, the second part went absolutely bonkers at the box office and it eventually went to gross over Rs 1100 crore at the box office.

However, the issue here is that the immediate next film of Yash, titled Toxic is having absolutely nothing going its way. While we don’t quite know the prospects of the film in the Kannada market, it certainly has very little going its way in the Telugu and possibly Hindi markets.

Particularly in Telugu states, not many people even know of the existence of this film. In one way, that is understandable, considering Yash is not a familiar face here, but what must be noted is that Yash headlined KGF and needs far more recognition and attention.

At the end of it, he went with a rather lesser known director who adds no value to the market of the film. Right from the timeline of the project to the technical choices, Yash got it absolutely wrong.
