As of the moment that we are typing this article, this film is selling in the vicinity of 13,000 per hour, which is a pretty strong number by itself for a film of this potency.
The aggressive promotions before the release, and also the kind of confidence that Akhil displayed from the outset appears to have worked in its favour in terms of advance bookings.
But this is just the first challenge i.e, pulling audience on first day, and the film will have to pick up the bigger fight over the weekend by maintaining consistent numbers through the course of next couple of days.
