Well, finally Akhil Akkineni got his debut heroine in the name of Sayessha Saigal who is some new actress but like Akhil, she comes from a reputed family lineage belonging to film industry. Naturally she is excited to debut playing the love interest of one of the most sought after youngster of Tollywood. Sayessha says that her grandfather legendary Dilip Kumar knows our legendary ANR and they are family friends.
Unlike Alia Bhatt who is branded as one of the dumbest heroines of the younger lot in Bollywood, Sayessha didn’t pretend ignorance regarding Akkineni linegae and legendary ANR. It was rumoured that when Alia Bhatt was approached by some media persons on her making Tollywood debut with Akhil, she asked who is Akhil Akkineni, while the fact remains that even her director father Mahesh Bhatt maintains being friends with Akkineni family.
Coming to Sayessha, she reveals that she wasn’t auditioned for the film and Vinayak chose her as he was confident on her that she can pull off her role. She reminisces some of her childhood memories when she spent in Hyderabad; spending time in Birla Mandir and visiting Hyderabad during Diwali season. They also have a house in Hyderabad. So one can imagine how excited is the actress to be in the safe hands of Vinayak.
