Conflicting reports about Allu Arjun and Lokesh Kanagaraj’s AA23 have created confusion among fans. While some claims suggest that the project has been shelved, other reports indicate that it remains in the pre-production stage.
The lack of fresh updates has only added to the speculation. However, neither Allu Arjun nor Lokesh Kanagaraj has officially announced that they are walking out of the project.
Allu Arjun is currently focused on Raaka, directed by Atlee. The actor is expected to take up his film with Lokesh after completing his current commitment.

The combination created massive excitement, given Allu Arjun’s pan-India popularity and Lokesh’s craze among Gen Z audiences for stylish action entertainers. Anirudh is also associated with the project as its music composer. The announcement theme received a fantastic response, but since then, there have been few updates about the story, cast or shooting schedule.
Meanwhile, speculation suggests that Lokesh could collaborate with Mahesh Babu and Ram Charan in the near future. However, neither collaboration has been officially confirmed.
Reports also say Allu Arjun is in talks for a possible reunion with Boyapati Srinu. However, after the Akhanda 2 disaster, such a collaboration may not be a priority for Bunny, especially when several top directors are keen to work with him. Allu Arjun is too busy and shrewd for Boyapati Srinu now.
