Ever since the DC album was released, music composer Anirudh Ravichander has become the talk of the town and Kollywood audiences are celebrating the DC album as the career-best work of the composer.
While social media has already been flooded with appreciation posts and fan edits based on the DC album, Anirudh Ravichander recently participated in an event conducted by YouTube with influencers, and the composer’s answers to the influencers’ questions have now gone viral on social media.
One influencer asked him whether he had ever felt pressured while composing music. In response to this, Anirudh stated that he will be out of the league if he feels it is pressure to compose music.
Furthermore, he mentioned that he gets a huge salary for composing music. He claimed that if 10 people come to watch a film in theatres, he intends to bring 13 to 14 people to the film with his music and that has been his intention right from his first film.
In the same interview, the host asked Anirudh to guess the most-viewed songs composed by him on the YouTube platform. During this, Anirudh perfectly guessed that Vijay’s Arabic Kuthu would be the most-viewed song, and then picked Shah Rukh Khan’s Chaleya song along with the host’s guess.
When this video of Anirudh Ravichander went viral, some people wrongly interpreted that Anirudh Ravichander had ranked his best compositions and started criticizing him for choosing Shah Rukh Khan’s song Chaleya over Rajinikanth’s Marana Mass and Dhanush’s Why This Kolaveri Di.
They claimed that it seems like Anirudh is prioritizing Shah Rukh Khan over Rajinikanth and Dhanush. Although others have clarified that he didn’t rank them, some people continue to troll Anirudh with this.
Ultimately, Anirudh Ravichander has gained a huge spotlight with the viral hit of the DC album and it remains to be seen how Anirudh is going to maintain this momentum and what he is going to deliver with his upcoming film albums.
