The south actress Anushka will be seen doing experimental roles once again in her upcoming assignment, Rani Rudrama Devi, which is a period film. The story is set in the 13th century where the actress portrays the female lead. Reports say that she undertook special training to look good while performing fight sequences brandishing swords and knives.
The actress is so dedicated towards this movie that she allotted up to 5 months of her dates for this film and will not accept any other offers till the completion of this movie.
It is a Gunasekar directed movie where the music and camera is done by Isaignani Ilayaraja and Ajay Vincent respectively. The National Award winning editor, Sreekar Prasad is managing the editing work for this movie.
