One is unsure how to put it, is bad luck haunting actor Suriya or the film Singam 3. The film was initially planned for Diwali it postponed to avoid clash with brother Karthi’s Kaashmora. Later it was pushed to December. And we know what all happened then.

The unit went all silent on the movie and waited for their time. They thought Republic Day was perfect with no money issues and any other external problems etc. But now all of sudden they are facing heat due to Jallikattu protest happening in Tamil Nadu.
Suriya was supposed to promote the film now and schedules were planned accordingly but now they have to be delayed to the raging issue. Any movement on the film is seen as a step against the Tamil culture. Even there is a plan to stop the screening of films.
With so much going on one can’t help but feel bad for the way things are going for Suriya. As it is he is in a very bad phase commercially. Singam 3 was seen as a project which would rescue him from all the mess. But the way things are progressing, it is exactly opposite of rescuing. Let us see how it all ends.
