Prithviraj Sukumaran’s long-awaited Malayalam film “The Goat Life,” also known as “Aadujeevitham,” is finally hitting theaters on March 28 after facing several delays and financial hurdles.
Based on Benyamin’s novel inspired by a true story, the movie is releasing in Telugu states in Telugu dubbed version. Clocking in at approximately 2 hours and 53 minutes, the film promises to be an immersive experience.
However, its lengthy runtime might not appeal to all audiences, especially those accustomed to fast-paced entertainment.
For viewers seeking a lighter option, Siddhu Jonnalagadda’s “Tillu Square” offers a commercial entertainer with wider appeal. Tillu Square being the sequel to a much-loved blockbuster also gives it an advantage over The GOAT Life.
Directed by Blessy and starring Prithviraj Sukumaran and Amala Paul, “The Goat Life” is likely to be appreciated by cinema enthusiasts who enjoy aesthetically pleasing, slower, art-house films that demand patience.
