Recently, a special screening of ‘Eagle’ was arranged for its lead actor, Ravi Teja, who expressed immense satisfaction with the film, declaring, “I am Super Satisfied!”
For Ravi Teja, ‘Eagle’ is extremely crucial, given his recent string of duds like Khiladi, Ramarao On Duty, Ravanasura, and Tiger Nageswara Rao in the post-pandemic era. Out of his 6 releases during this period, only ‘Dhamaka’ and ‘Krack’ managed to achieve success.
The outcome of a star’s previous movies often casts a shadow on their subsequent releases, and the impact of Ravi Teja’s recent flops, particularly Ravanasura and Tiger Nageshwara Rao, is anticipated to influence the reception of ‘Eagle.’
Ravi Teja has to rise to the occasion, rock the box office with Eagle, and reclaim the goodwill he lost among the audience.
The film is directed by the known cinematographer Karthik Gattamaneni who made his debut as a director with Surya Vs Surya with Nikhil in 2015 which had a flawed script.
But Karthik showed with his first film that technically he is a sound director and has the knack for becoming a good director. Let’s hope Karthik has picked up a much better script this time and he will deliver a kickass thriller with Eagle.
According to reliable sources, Ravi Teja’s upcoming film ‘Eagle’ has reportedly incurred a budget of Rs 35 crore, and the producer TG Vishwa Prasad is confident to recover through theatrical rights as digital is yet to be sold.
