The 2024 Sankranti season, known for being a lucrative period for movies, is experiencing more demand than it can accommodate, with five films announcing their release dates, and none willing to step back.
Ultimately, Dil Raju and other chamber members intervened to resolve the issue, successfully convincing ‘Eagle’ producer TG Vishwa Prasad to withdraw from the Sankranti race.
Dil Raju mentioned that the chamber assured producer TG Vishwa Prasad of a solo release in February for his film ‘Eagle’, now will release for February 9th. This date was initially locked by Tilu Square.
Tillu team will be deeply disappointed as they are losing their scheduled date and now must find another better date which won’t be easy. Tillu Square has already changed its dates a couple of times.
Guntur Kaaram and Tillu Square are produced by the same production houses (Haarika & Hassine, Sithara) , so they had to sacrifice Tillu’s release date. This will affect ‘Ooru Peru Bhairavakona’ also as it was scheduled for Feb 9th but is now promised for Ravi Teja.
