Both Chiranjeevi and Balakrishna had releases for the Sankranthi festival. Recently both the films completed their fifty days run. It was fine up until then before the producers issued official releases of figures.

First the Gautamiputra Satakarni team released posters which stated that the film had grossed 77 Cr and now, Megastar’s Khaidi No 150 team released promotional material which boasts the film as Highest Single Language Grosser at 164 Cr. While both the statements are true, there is a catch here and that is akin to misguiding the fans.
First of all, the GPSK number is inclusive of all rights as the film itself had tax free status. On the other hand, Khaidi No 150 team doesn’t take into account any film which has multiple language releases. So, technically while they might be right, it is pure manipulation just to bring some hype to the already good numbers.
