Rajinikanth’s film Robo’s sequel has been in speculations for a long time now and according to the latest rumour, popular Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone, Rajinikanth’s co-star in ‘Kochadaiiyaan’, will be starring as the leading actress in the movie.

However, when the question came across the actress, her spokesperson denied these rumours stating that Padukone has not been approached for the film. There were also some rumours about actor Vikram joining Robo 2’s cast in a major role.
Padukone has been working on quite a few Bollywood movies and was not open for comments. ‘Bajirao Mastani’ opposite Ranveer Singh, ‘Tamasha’ featuring Ranbir Kapoor, a remake starring Varun Dhawan, and another unnamed movie with Hrithik Roshan are just some of her upcoming movies.
