Director Pa Ranjith must be definitely feeling on top of the world for bringing Rajinikanth’s collar down. He is one director who seems to be in absolute admiration for the superstar but does not compromise when it comes to the demands of a character he has in mind.

For a particular scene Rajni was wearing a stylish shirt with his collar up and even the superstar was happy with himself for the look. But Pa Ranjith had to say that he needed a collar down look though Rajni’s collar up look was perfectly stylish.
Rajni accepted Ranjith’s suggestion and lowered his collar for the shot but raised it again when the shot was over to get some photographs clicked with that stylish ‘collar up’ look. That’s really very sweet of the superstar who understands the concerns of a director.
