M9News has exclusively come to know that Varun’s Pan-India film will be based on the Balakot Air Strikes. This film will be helmed by a new director and more technical crew will be announced soon.
For those who do not know, the 2019 Balakot airstrike was a bombing raid conducted by Indian warplanes on February 26, 2019, in Balakot, Pakistan against an alleged terrorist training camp.

As Varun loved the script, he said okay to it right away. This is a very good choice from Varun and by the looks of it, he will play an Indian soldier in the film which will be made on a big scale. As of now, Varun Tej is ready with his new film Ghani where he plays a boxer.
