The Hindi box office has witnessed its biggest hit of 2024 in the form of Prabhas’s Kalki which is nearing the Rs 250 crore nett mark in the North Indian belt.
As per the latest reports, two new releases Hindustani 2 and Sarfira have both failed to pull the audience to theaters.
Neither of the new releases are likely to even come close to touching the tally of Kalki which will mean that the film will trend freely on top again.
Kalki will easily breeze past the Rs 250 crore nett mark in the full run after having tocuhed the Rs 222 mark the other day.
With no competition from the new releases, Kalki must be getting close to the 250 crore mark this weekend.
The chances of touching the Rs 275 crore mark of RRR are very low now though. But the 250 crore mark could be a yardstick for the sequel which is likely to post bigger numbers.
