It is now official. Naga Chaitanya was engaged to actress Sobhita Dhulipala earlier this morning in a traditional ceremony only attended by the families of both sides.
Nagarjuna had released the ceremony pictures on social media and made the announcement.

The news of the couple being in a relationship has been viral for almost four years.
Naga Chaitanya and Sobitha never worked together. So, there is discussion everywhere about how they first met.

Sources say that they first met many years ago through a common friend.
It was even before Naga Chaitanya’s divorce from Samantha. They initially bonded over their love for fast cars and Formula 1.

Earlier, there were rumors that Chay had even proposed to Samantha on the racing tracks.
Way back in 2022, in an Instagram Q&A session, Sobhita was asked whether she loves Formula 1.
She did not answer the question through words but posted a picture of her smiling while sitting in a race car.
She wore a grey sweatshirt with the words McLaren written on it.
So, Formula 1 and Racing Tracks seem to have played a crucial role in their love story.
