Initially, the makers planned to release it during Sankranti 2026. However, they’ve now officially announced a new release date — June 26, 2025.

Big films are typically released during festive seasons like Sankranti or Dasara to maximize attention. But this film will now be released during the closing phase of summer holidays, which could be risky, as schools and colleges will be reopening.
However, Kalki 2898 AD also released during this period and went on to become a 1000-crore film, according to the producer’s figures.

As of now, no big Hindi movie releases are planned for June. This could give the NTR-Neel film a huge advantage to make a significant impact on a pan-India level. In Hindi markets, the film could do wonders if the word of mouth is positive.
The minimum target for the film in Hindi would be around 250 crores with 1.25 to 1.5 crore footfalls, which seems achievable with proper hype and great content.
