Jr NTR is currently occupied with the film with Prashanth Neel and once that’s done, he will be working with Trivikram for a new project. This film will be based on the Hindu war god of Karthikeyan and it was officially announced earlier this week.
This project will have one of the biggest technical teams associated with any film in the recent past and that is for certain.
It has been officially announced that Anirudh Ravichander is going to compose the music for this film now. This is a pretty calculated decision taken by the team as Anirudh is a Tamil individual by nature and he will have generational affinity towards Lord Muruga.
However, it appears that Anirudh has saturated with his musical compositions in the recent past, and he will have to reinvent himself for NTR now. Composing solid music for this religious action film is going to be a big challenge.
We recently saw Sai Abhyankar deliver a brilliant impulsing soundtrack for Karuppu and perhaps the responsibility is now on Anirudh Ravichander to prove his mark.
There is no better option than Anirudh for this film at this point in time, and he had already delivered a blockbuster album to NTR with Devara. So he is always going to be the natural choice for this Trivikram film as well.
But Anirudh will have to certainly invent himself for this film as the challenge will be on coming up with a complete new orchestration style.
