After all the hype and high promotions weaved around, for the release of ‘Kabali’ and the mixed reviews from critics and audiences’ response for the way he handled a superstar like Rajinikanth, ‘Kabali’ director Pa Ranjith has lost his safe zone a bit.

Presently, the director is working on the script for a story and hence he hadn’t approached any hero for his next, as the script isn’t ready yet. But there are rumours that his next is going to be with the mass star Ilayapathy Vijay. Pa Ranjith clarifies on the rumours.
Post the response on ‘Kabali’, Pa Ranjith’s future projects need to be worked out with care as getting offers for big films isn’t going to be a cakewalk for him. The young director had been lucky enough to be the chosen one for a Rajnikanth’s film which got the tremendous hype.
