Music Director Kalyan Koduri shared one of the great opportunity missed by him. If the combination would have been materialised then he would become a star music director in the country.

For the Student No.1 movie, Rajamouli zeroed Kalyan as music director with the consent of Raghavendra Rao. When Kalyan approached by Rajamouli he denied this opportunity with fear. Though Rajamouli pushed him from back to cast him in the project by infusing confidence he stepped back. This is because of reason that he had no experience in handling such a big projects and his desire to become Playback singer was not perished.
Speaking on missing this opportunity he told that he didn’t have any regrets for loosing this project because the project finally landed in the hands of his own brother, MM Keeravani, thus went on to becomes an epic combination.
