Gauthami is demanding her dues as a costume designer who had worked for Kamal Haasan’s movies under his production house and also for other producers. She claims that she was actively discouraged from pursuing any other profession and hence, designing costumes for Kamal Haasan’s movies was the only option left, back then.
Responding to this allegation, Kamal Haasan simply said that his production house Raj Kamal International will take care of the issue if there is any. However, the production house denied Gauthami’s allegation about nonpayment of her dues as the movies she had mentioned were with other producers, not Raj Kamal International.
