After generating impressive curiosity with its title announcement and subsequent promotional content, the makers of Mega Prince Varun Tej’s Korean Kanakaraju have finally unveiled the film’s entertaining teaser. The teaser was launched online by Rebel Star Prabhas.
The teaser introduces Kanakaraju, a carefree youngster from Penukonda who lives life on his own terms until he falls for a Korean girl. Soon, the arrival of mysterious supernatural forces from Korea changes his destiny, transforming him into the enigmatic Korean Kanakaraju.
Varun Tej looks like he had a blast portraying the character. His Rayalaseema dialect feels authentic, his comic timing is spot on, and his rugged mass makeover perfectly suits the role. The final reveal of his Korean Kanakaraju avatar emerges as the teaser’s biggest highlight, making it a double delight for fans.
Satya delivers several laugh-out-loud moments, and his chemistry with Varun Tej promises to be one of the film’s major strengths. Ritika Nayak leaves a pleasant impression despite her brief appearance.
Director Merlapaka Gandhi presents the film as an entertaining blend of horror, fantasy, action, and comedy.
