A late night ice cream party by few software engineers of IBM ended in a tragedy after a lady techie was killed in an accident. The girl, J Vijitha working in IBM’s Gachibowli SEZ was killed after the car rammed in to a divider.

It is said that five IT professional have left to Inorbit Mall at around 1.30 AM to have an ice cream. Ravi Chand, the team lead was driving the car at a high speed despite warned by his colleagues including the victim.
Finally he lost control of the steering and rammed in to a divider. While Vijitha was killed, remaining were recovering at a private hospital. Cyberabad Police registered a case under section 304-A (Causing death by rash or negligent act) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
