Kammula says that ‘Leader-2’ will be there by the time of the next elections. The details of this project are not substantial as one would have to wait long to know them. ‘Leader’ is Shekhar Kammula’s favourite film which was a political drama made with zero masala.
Due to the political turmoil owing to the YSR issue at that time, the movie is said to have not done well and couldn’t reach up to the expectations. It was Rana’s debut film in Telugu. Now, we have no such issues as the two Telugu States are at peace with one another. Will Kammula deliver this time? Will there be the sequel in the first place? It’s too early to decide.
