The trend of sequels is well and truly caught up in Tollywood and we are now being served up something interesting on this front. The sequel of Mad, a hit comedy film is set for release next month and the teaser of the same has been unveiled now.
In tune with the vibe of the film, the teaser is a whacky and zestful one. Here’s a look into the thematics of the teaser that was unveiled.

The teaser starts with the introduction of the core characters that are retained from the first part. This is where the comedy is generated through peculiar situations and settings.
The youngsters are in full flow, much like in the first part and things are aggravated further with their Goa trip which wreaks havoc.

We obviously have the resemblance from the first part and the characters are more established now which works further to the advantage. We get the instant fun and humour factor from it.
This is the kind of advantage that are usually expected to work for the sequels, as was seen in the case of Tillu Square earlier. This works pretty much in the favour of Mad Square now.

Production wise, the scale is bigger than the first part which is always expected from Sithara Entertainments.
This has very strong potential in the comedy space. Sithara already had a winning comedy sequel in the form of Tillu Square earlier and they will be hoping for another winner in the form of Mad Square now.
The film is now set for theatrical release on the 28th of this March.
