Mohan Babu, who is playing an intense antagonist in Nani’s The Paradise, comes on board as the main villain in director Ajay Bhupathi’s ongoing flick Srinivasa Mangapuram. After introducing the lead characters Jaya Krishna Ghattamaneni and Rasha Thadani, the makers have now unveiled Mohan Babu’s character through the first-look poster.
Introduced as Venkatappayya Naidu, Mohan Babu’s look radiates dominance. The white kurta–dhoti grounds him in the rustic soil of the story’s world, while the salt-and-pepper styling, thick moustache, and stone-cold expression create the aura of a man feared more than he is understood. He looks fierce and massy here. Enhancing the visual power, a group of rough-edged men armed with rifles follows behind him, solidifying his position as an unquestionable leader.
The film is produced by P Kiran and presented by Ashwini Dutt. Music composer GV Prakash Kumar and cinematographer Jayakrishna ISC add further weight to the project.
