Mythri Movie Makers has been one of the busiest production houses in Tollywood. Currently, the production house is backing multiple big-budget projects with some of the biggest stars in the country. But lately, the banner seems to be dealing with one problem after another. Honestly, not many production houses may have faced this many complications at the same time.
Currently, Mythri Movies has several major projects in its lineup, including NBK111, Dragon, Ranabaali and Fauzi. Unfortunately, injuries and health issues have forced breaks in the shooting schedules of some of these films.
Balakrishna, Jr NTR and Rashmika Mandanna have all sustained major injuries and are undergoing structured rehabilitation, resulting in schedule changes for their respective films. In the case of Fauzi, a Bollywood actor’s health issue has also reportedly created complications for the team.
For big-budget films, these are far from minor issues. When a major star becomes unavailable, the entire shooting plan has to be reworked. The dates of other actors get affected, schedules have to be reshuffled and production costs can continue to pile up.
When multiple big-ticket projects are facing such setbacks at the same time, the pressure on the production house only gets bigger. If these delays continue, even the release plans of some of these films could eventually come under pressure.
For now, one thing is clear: Mythri has the biggest stars, the biggest projects and some serious money riding on them. But keeping all these films on track may be the biggest challenge of all.
