Naga Chaitanya is teaming up with Chandoo Mondeti for a period love story against the sea backdrop. Chay will be playing the role of a fisherman in the film. The film will be produced by Geetha Arts.
According to the reports, this script was first narrated to Tamil actor Suriya. Suriya liked the point, and the discussions were going on. In the meantime, Naga Chaitanya heard the script and liked it very much. He immediately wanted to do the film as his next. Allu Aravind also agreed to make the film with Naga Chaitanya.

The team is ready to announce the film but is waiting to get a nod from Suriya. Since the story was first pitched to Suriya, it would be unethical to proceed further without his approval. Suriya is a big star and the makers don’t want to upset him by proceeding without his green signal. If Suriya agrees to leave the project, we can expect an announcement soon with Naga Chaitanya as the hero.
Keerthy Suresh has been approached to play the female lead in this period love story which is touted to be full of twists and turns.
