Nannaku Prematho has completed its first week run at the box office and one must say the holidays have come in handy for the film. The film has performed better in those Sankranti holiday period and the result is career best opening for Jr NTR.

According to the trade reports Nannaku Prematho has collected approximately 41 Cr in the first seven days making it the all time fourth biggest opener. Baahubali, Srimanthudu and Atharintiki Daredi are the three films above it. Apart from festival holidays overseas performance has helped great deal in the film securing the fourth spot.
Coming to the current state of the film, it is struggling locally in the two Telugu states post holiday season got over. Everyone is now waiting with bated breath to see if the film can touch 50 Cr mark or not.
