He claimed, “Daaku Maharaaj will be better than Waltair Veerayya. Even if Chiranjeevi’s fans abuse me, I stand by this. As a Balakrishna fan, I can honestly say that Bobby, a Chiranjeevi fan, directed Daaku Maharaaj exceptionally well.”

His open admiration for Nandamuri Balakrishna and Jr. NTR is well-known, making this statement a bold expression of his fandom.
