A cinema in West London was evacuated after someone set off a smoke bomb during a screening of NTR’s all-time hit Simhadri.
Simhadri has already created a frenzy as it was re-released this weekend on the eve of NTR’s birthday, not only across Telugu states but also in foreign countries.
In the UK’s West London, fans, in their over-enthusiasm, burst firecrackers inside the theaters as well. This has caused a sensation and gained attention. A video circulating on social media shows frightened viewers leaving the theater as smoke fills the venue. The fire brigade was called to the scene, but no fire was reported.
Witnesses expressed anger towards the individual responsible for the incident, describing them as immature and not a true fan. People on social media were seen tagging NTR and requesting him to advise his fans not to indulge in such nuisances and create a bad name for Indians.
The London Fire Brigade confirmed that the smoke alarm was triggered by a smoke device, and there were no injuries. The incident lasted from 10:13 pm to 10:39 pm. Reportedly, Cineworld Hounslow closed due to this unfortunate incident.
This re-release phenomenon is fast becoming a menace causing embarrassment to the stars.
