Ram Charan wasted a better part of three years on his recent film Game Changer which failed in so many ways. It was a blatant wastage of Charan’s efforts after epic RRR and is a forgettable film for Mega fans as well.
But that is a thing in the past now, and Charan is currently occupied with RC16 which is being directed by Buchi Babu. This film is currently under production now.

The latest update regarding the film is that it is progressing at a very quick pace and it could very well be prepared for release this Diwali season itself. Apparently, this is the timeline that is in consideration for this film now.
From wasting three years on a washed away director to actually coming to a position where he can execute and release a film in a span of under a year, Charan really has come a long way. This is the kind of comeback that is expected of him.

Charan took a horrendous call with Shankar earlier and this failed on multiple levels. But now, he is working with a young and hardworking talent like Buchi Babu which is clearly showing the right results.
Quick execution and right packaging is always crucial for any film regardless of the presence of a star hero and this is what Charan missed earlier. This meant that Game Changer became a stale product and now, he is back to good pace with RC16.

Charan must have surely learned a valuable lesson from Shankar and he appears to be implementing these learnings with Buchi Babu now.
The most important thing here for Charan is to make sure RC16 is actually completed by the end of the year and heads for release as early as possible. This is surely going to be some way to land a proper comeback.
