Tollywood box office saw two new notable releases this weekend and they are Dhamaka and 18 Pages. Both films released in theaters today.
Coming to the OTT aspect of the two films, here’s a brief report on the official OTT partners of 18 Pages and Dhamaka.
18 Pages has locked two OTT partners and they are Aha Video and Netflix. As has been the case with all of GA2’s production ventures of later. Almost all of their recent films have been locking a dual OTT release format.
Then coming to Dhamaka, the Ravi Teja starrer has sealed Netflix as its official OTT streaming partner. The same was confirmed as the film hit the theaters today.
Netflix is not particularly aggressive when it comes to orchestrating early OTT releases. So we can expect both these films to release at least 4 weeks from now, if not later.
