Senior Producer Dil Raju was at the receiving end for Gunturkaaram failure this Sankranthi. He was accused of troubling a small film like HanuMan but Raju says he was unfairly targeted.
Whatever it maybe, Gunturkaaram failure and HanuMan’s stunning success did trouble Dil Raju. At the same time, Dil Raju watched Gunturkaaram prior to its release and declared it a blockbuster. Not just on camera, he made similar comments in private conversations as well. That has become doubts over his Judgment for which he was very famous.
At this juncture, Dil Raju took his next film, Vijay Deverakonda’s Family Star prestigiously. He is keen on answering his critics with the success of this film. Sources say that he is paying special attention to the film and is making necessary corrections to the copy to score a hit at any cost.
Moreover, it’s been a long time since Dil Raju scored a proper hit. Barring Balagam, most films failed at the box office. Initially, he was disappointed when Family Star missed Sankranthi season, he has a chance of getting a very good date like April 5th if Devara backs out. So, it is a positive for him.
