For a while now, things haven’t been going smoothly between Tamil superstars Vijay and Rajinikanth’s fans. Now, adding fuel to the fire, there is a new PR report on Twitter that has caught the attention.
As per a report from Tamil cinema followers, Vijay personally called Rajini’s PR last night and requested him to get Rajini to speak in support of Leo ahead of its release. They say this is an attempt from Vijay to enter the Rs 400 crores gross club with help from Rajini.
But as it turned out, this was a fake report, and understandably so. This was an attempt to downplay Vijay ahead of Leo’s release.
Rajini’s official PR then tweeted “The said claims are absolutely baseless & untrue. Neither #Thalaivar nor #Thalapathy would even think of something like this for the promotions of a film. Kindly be responsible enough before cooking up fabricated information like this!”
Vijay and Rajini’s fans have been staking their claims at the No.1 superstar of Tamil cinema chair for a while now. They have been at war for a while now. And this has intensified greatly with Rajini scoring a blockbuster with Jailer recently and Vijay coming with highly prospective Leo now.
