The situation seems to be a bit grave and it’s time to address certain issues regarding distribution and films’ business. According to a report in an English tabloid, director Puri Jagannadh was man handled by three distributors.

They had taken the distribution rights of ‘Loafer’ and had to bear the losses. They have alleged gone to the director’s house and created ruckus. A police complaint was filed on the trio by the director against the distributors for manhandling him.
Cops are checking the CCTV footage to sought the issue. Here the irony is, the distributors are targeting the film maker while the producers aren’t approached to sort out the issue. This isn’t an issue related to only Puri because in the wider scenario, the unhealthy business hype is playing spoil sport big time.
