Indian cinema is caught up with the sequels trends these days. Almost every big film is being made with a sequel idea in mind and this is inturn affecting several film adversely. The urge to give a cliffhanger for the second part is diluting the whole story.
One of the newest victims of this is Devara which had a plain second half, which otherwise could have been a packed one had the film been made in a single part.

Moreover, NTR should now be caught up in two minds about the sequel. He might not be sure whether to go ahead with the sequel or let it alone, while he is already occupied with War 2 and Neel’s film. This is a tricky position that should leave NTR with a headache or two.
However, luckily for Ram Charan, he doesn’t have to deal with this headache as there is no way he would work on the Game Changer sequel, at least logistically given all the time he had to spend on Shankar.

In a way, this is a good thing for Charan. He will either deliver a hit with Game Changer or in worst case, he will be done with the film for good. There will be no added baggage of a sequel or the commitment to work with Shankar again.
While the likes of Bunny, Tarak, Prabhas, and others are riddled with sequels, Ram Charan has luckily escaped this dart. That being said, we don’t quite know if he too is planning a sequel with Buchi Babu but that is a question for the future at this point.
