Ram Charan has been stagnated with Game Changer for an excruciatingly elongated period. This project has been in the production for a really long time now and it is yet to announce the release date.
In order to make up for all the lost time since the release of RRR(over 2 years), Ram Charan must follow the paths taken by Jr NTR and Prabhas.
Notably, both Tarak and Prabhas are working on two or more projects simultaneously. NTR is working on Devara and War 2 while Prabhas has Kalki and the film with Maruthi.
While it might not be a popular choice of Tollywood stars to work on two projects at once, Charan is in a position where he must follow Tarak and Prabhas in order to make up for the lost time, due to Shankar’s inefficiency in handing Game Changer. Only this way can he have consecutive releases without much gap.
But with that being said, Charan has the films with Buchi Babu and Sukumar and both are on pan Indian canvas. Given the nature of these directors, Charan might have to sport contrasting looks in these two films. In that case, simultaneous shooting is very tough.
But for whatever reason, Charan can’t be taking 2 and a half to 3 years per film henceforth. He must amp up the making pace like how NTR and Prabhas are doing.
