Actor-turned-producer Prabhudeva is gaining popularity rapidly owing to his excellent directorial skills. The filmmaker is ready with his most recent film ‘Ramaiya Vastavaiya’, which is believed to be a remake of Prabhudeva’s Telugu directorial debut film ‘Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana’.

The film features Shruti Haasan playing the female lead along with debutante Girish Kumar who is the son of producer Kumar Taurani. ‘Ramaiya Vastavaiya’ is basically a romantic film with elements of drama and has been shot primarily with a rustic backdrop. Sachin-Jigar have composed the music for the film while Irshad Kamil has penned the lyrics.
