Actress Yami Gautam is familiar to the Telugu audience with films like Courier Boy Kalyan, Yuddham and Gouravam. The actress has now come under the radar of the Enforcement Directorate as she has been issued summons in connection with the money laundering case under Foreign Exchange Management Act.
Reportedly, a whopping Rs 1.5 crore has been deposited into her account from a foreign land. The officials, who got to know about the alleged transaction have called Yami Gautam to appear in Mumbai on July 7.
Incidentally, this is the second time, summons has been issued to Yami. Previously she was summoned by the federal agency.
The actress recently made headlines over her wedding to ‘Uri’ director Aditya Dhar. She made her Hindi debut in Vicky Donor. Post that she has been part of successful films. Currently, she has Abhishek Bachchan’s Dasvi and a thriller film ‘A Thursday’.
