The makers of Prabhas and Prashanth Neel’s Salaar unveiled the teaser for the film earlier today and it reinstates the mass actioner theme of the film. However, there is mixed talk for the teaser and here are two possible reasons why.
The first and primal reason is that the expectations are sky high on Salaar from the start. Everyone expects Salaar to be bigger and better than KGF. This in itself is a monstrous demand.
And then, coming to the teaser, there isn’t enough of Prabhas in it. There are suggestive action shots of him but there aren’t dialogues or a clear view of his look.
Matching the unreal hype on the film is near impossible with a teaser and that’s understandable. At the heart of it, the teaser is of decent quality but it obviously has shortcomings. Lack of enough of Prabhas is also one of them.
But with three months to go for the release, Neel has enough time and resources to create never before mass hype for Salaar.
