Crazy rumors are making the rounds about Dil Raju’s pan-India film Monster, starring Salman Khan and directed by Vamshi Paidipally. The film is currently being shot, while the makers are keeping many details under wraps.
Now, an unbelievable casting buzz has started doing the rounds.
According to industry reports, Vamshi Paidipally is trying to bring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan on board for a crucial role. The character is said to have an important place in the story, and the director reportedly feels Aishwarya would be perfect for it.
The team is said to have discussed the role with the actress. However, there is no official confirmation that Aishwarya has agreed to the film.
If she actually joins Monster, the news will become bigger than the film itself. The obvious reason is Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai sharing the screen again after many years.
The two remain one of the most talked-about pairs in Bollywood. Their real-life relationship and bitter breakup later became one of the most talked-about chapters in Bollywood. Because of that history, even a casting rumour involving the two is enough to send social media into a frenzy.
For now, it is only a casting rumour. There is no confirmation from Aishwarya, Salman or the makers.
But if the talks actually lead to a deal, Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai sharing the screen again would be one of the biggest casting surprises in recent Bollywood history.
